George Frazier spent 4 years in the Army as a Nuclear Artillery Armament Specialist. That extensive scientific and technological training informs his considered and layered approach to your remodeling project.

Radiant heat imbedded in your new tile floor warms the room on cold winter nights from the feet up, and are controlled by beautiful LCD touch screens.  Therapeutic air-jet tubs with warm-water backrests provide additional plumbing challenges, and opportunities! LED lighting installations can accent your favorite plate or painting. These are just some of the technologies that we can offer due to Georges’ thirst for innovative implementation and extensive construction experience.

We know you’ve seen something on HGTV you would love to have in your home. Ask Us! Bed footboards with hidden TV’s that rise up also allow you to hide the screens during daytime. Soft, dimmable lighting tucked into crown moldings can be just the right accent depending on how many are friends and family are attending your home event.

These ideas come from Artistic design and art which has been part of Thomas Sturtevant’s passion and career trajectory for decades. Music, visual and even the Martial arts have informed his residential artistic designs. Venetian plaster still has a place from out of the hundreds of Faux finishes Tom installed during the 90’s. At that time Tom was working in Los Angeles and Nantucket and from Naples to the North Coast getting a flavor for timeless design. This has helped him master color integration within the scope of cabinets to tile and wall finishes to your fabric and wall hanging accents. Hey, if we don’t consider light-struck planes, who will?

Tom loves to talk design with his customers. As is often the case, hours and hours of design will be considered before and during implementation. You are consulted during all important design decision points, big and small.

It is this rolling discussion where we develop and mine design ideas.  When Tom was able to characterize Christine’s over 3,000 glass tile accent wall (see pictures) as a waterfall, she was able to better visualize her own design before the construction of that idea. The waterfall spills over the custom, infinity-edged, poured-marble countertop and into the Bain-Ultra air-jet tub. Exqusite! But don’t worry, the radiant heat floor was programmed to turn on hours ago so the floor is warm and dry.

One, or both of us is on the job site every day, and, not to put too fine a point on it but at least one of us is implementing your vision every day. We carry out your orders, in a planned, timely and orderly way. Neatness counts!

Please do consider us for your next kitchen or bathroom project.

     Truly,

Thomas J. Sturtevant and George Frazier.
